    Have you ever heard about British English? Rather than talking about the history of British English, the lecture focuses on the source of British English, presenting you a variety of speeches made by all walks of people, including a royal address, a culture report, a BBC news report, a passage from New Concept English (one of the best imitating materials) and a video clip of Pride & Prejudice (one of the highly recommended English version films). The lecture attemps to demonstrate the beauty and purity of British English，tending to arise students’ interest in British English, facilitate their study of English so as to appreciate British English, develop a taste for imitation of British English, consequently acquire the nativelike utterance. [聽后感]
   在講座上，老師用英式英語為我們簡介了一下英式英語，我們聽了幾段BBC的廣播，我覺得雖然其中有很多單詞都是一些很高級的詞匯聽不太懂，，但英式英語的語音語調卻給人帶來很愉悅的聽覺享受，跟美式英語完全不一樣。我覺得英式英語聲調起伏較大，吐字清晰高亢，摩擦較重。相對于英式英語來說，還是美式英語比較流行。我們可以通過聽公開演講、媒體、指導材料、廣播材料和電影來獲取資料。總之，我認為這次講座給我在英語方面增加了興趣，使我更加了解了英式英語。（15屆 呂雋）

   周三我去聽了講座British English,樂健老師先問了我們到底比較習慣美式英語還是英式英語，然后又給我們聽了新概念上的一篇課文丶一片在戴安娜王妃去世時她弟弟發表的哀悼詞，然后又看了《傲慢與偏見》的電影片段。這個講座很有趣，而且最后老師還告訴了我們英式英語怎么發音，讓我們增長了知識。（15屆 朱浚哲）

   上周三，我去聽了樂老師的講座《British English》。通過這次的講座，我知道了許多關于英式英語的知識，在講座里，老師的發音非常的準確，給我們聽了英國的廣播，使我真切的感受到了英式英語無比的魅力，了解了英國的歷史，還給我們聽了BBC，讓我領略到了英式英語的風采，最后，我們還欣賞了著名的英國電影，并從其他的方面更好的體會了英式英語。對我而言，這次講座使我懂得了許多的英國知識。（15421 吳星宇）

   12月5日，本人聽了尊敬的樂健老師的講座 “Britain English”，發覺英語的種類原來不止單純的英語那么簡單，種類繁多而又各具特色：有純正而又優雅的Britain English、有注重實用性的American English、還有不倫不類的Chinglish……通過本講座，加深了我對華麗的Britain English的感情，聽了BBC廣播，新概念英語，原版電影……40分鐘輕松而愉快！更是記住了風趣幽默的樂健老師寫在黑板上的一句話：“I love Britian English！”（15屆 周熠）
